I wanted somewhere to mess with the science.
NextGenBioAI Labs is an experimental extension of NextGenBioAI — a place for turning ideas from biology, medicine, and artificial intelligence into things you can actually explore.
It started with writing.
I started NextGenBioAI because I kept finding ideas at the intersection of biology and computation that I wanted to understand better. Writing about them forced me to slow down, ask questions, and translate technical research into something I could actually explain.
Eventually, though, reading and writing didn't feel like enough. Some ideas make much more sense when you can change a variable, compare two outcomes, inspect a dataset, or pull apart a research abstract yourself.
Labs grew out of that gap.

Articles and explanations introduce emerging ideas across biomedical AI, computational biology, biotechnology, and medicine.
Then touch it.
Labs turns some of those ideas into small interactive experiences where a concept can be changed, tested, compared, or questioned.

Understand enough to ask better questions.
Labs isn't meant to make complicated science look simple when it isn't. The goal is to make the first step into a difficult idea less intimidating while keeping the uncertainty, limitations, and questions that make science interesting in the first place.
